Refund Policy

CORE Construction is a brand operated by Belenso Design Build LLC (“Belenso,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for services provided or scheduled through our business.

 

General Policy

Because construction services involve time, labor, scheduling, and preparation, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and the stage of work.

We aim to be fair and reasonable while also accounting for costs already incurred.

Service Requests and Cancellations

  • If a service is cancelled before work begins, any payments made may be eligible for refund, less any non-recoverable costs (such as site visits, permitting, or materials ordered).

  • If work has already begun, refunds are generally not available, except in limited circumstances described below.

Completed Work

Once work has been completed, inspected (if applicable), or otherwise delivered as agreed, refunds are not provided.

If there is a concern with completed work, we encourage you to contact us so the issue can be reviewed and addressed where appropriate.

Unsatisfactory Work or Errors

If you believe work was performed incorrectly or does not meet agreed-upon expectations, please notify us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to correct the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated based on:

  • The agreed scope of work

  • Applicable electrical codes

  • Site conditions and limitations

  • Whether corrective work is possible

Deposits and Prepayments (if applicable)

For services that require deposits or prepayment:

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable once scheduling, preparation, or material procurement has occurred.

  • Any refundable portion will be clearly communicated at the time of payment.

Specific terms may vary by service and will be communicated in writing prior to payment.

No Refunds for External Factors

Refunds will not be issued for delays or issues caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Site access issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Inspection delays

  • Utility company coordination

  • Changes requested after work begins

How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe a refund may be warranted, please contact us with:

  • Your name and contact information

  • The service provided or scheduled

  • A brief explanation of the concern

All requests are reviewed in good faith and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
